French actor and Dune star Timothée Chalamet graces the October cover of British Vogue as the first solo male in the magazine's 106 year history.
Editor Edward Enninful confirmed 'I've always held off from a man-only print magazine cover' but chose Chalamet as 'a man for everybody... with a relationship to a new generation that dismantles old-fashioned notions of masculinity' (the only other men to feature on the iconic magazine's cover are Helmut Berger and Marcus Rashford, both of whom appeared alongside women). Shot by Steven Meisel, the campaign 'played with gender, and incorporated womenswear', and Chalamet showed his appreciation on Instagram, posting 'Thank you to the goat Steven Meisel and Le Lijon Edward Enninful for entrusting me with this honour'.
